1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day period from the date of receipt to inform us of your decision to withdraw.
After notification, you have an additional period to return the product (according to applicable rules).

2. Return Conditions

The product must be:

• unused, clean, and complete;
• properly protected for transport;
• accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).

3. Return Costs

4. Refunds

If the product arrives damaged or an error has occurred, contact us as soon as possible with:

• order number,
• photos of the package and product,
• description of the issue.
  We will find a solution (replacement, refund, or store credit).

6. Personalized Products

Products made according to your specifications or clearly personalized may not be eligible for the right of withdrawal.
