1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of physical products (3D-printed sensory objects) on Casulo.lu, delivered to the countries indicated during checkout.
2. Products
Products are described and presented as accurately as possible (photos, dimensions, materials, variants). Minor variations may occur (e.g. color rendering depending on screen, handcrafted finishes).
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in EUR, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs (displayed before checkout). The seller reserves the right to modify prices, without affecting already paid orders.
4. Order
The order is validated after:
- product selection, 2) entering information, 3) acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, 4) payment.
A confirmation email is sent to the provided address.
5. Payment
Payment is processed via Stripe (secure payment). The order is processed after payment confirmation.
6. Delivery
Areas: all Europe.
Delivery time: 3–8 business days.
Shipping costs and options are displayed at checkout. Risk is transferred to the customer upon delivery (or according to applicable rules). In case of a damaged parcel, the customer must contact us promptly with photos.
7. Right of Withdrawal (distance selling)
In accordance with applicable regulations, the consumer has a 14 day period to withdraw from the contract from the date of receipt of the products, except for legal exceptions.
The customer must notify their decision to withdraw, then return the products under the specified conditions (see “Returns & refunds”). Refunds are issued within legal timeframes after receipt of goods or proof of shipment.
Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to clearly personalized goods (e.g. engraving, custom dimensions, special request colors outside the catalog).
8. Returns – Refunds
See the “Returns & refunds” page. Products must be returned in new condition, complete, and properly protected.
9. Legal Guarantees
The consumer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by law.
10. Liability
The seller cannot be held liable in case of misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow instructions.
11. Personal Data
Processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
12. Applicable Law – Disputes
Luxembourg law applies. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought.
